PROGRAM NAME AND DESCRIPTION
Oak Island Lodge Reservation & Guide Alerts. We send text messages about:

  • Guests: booking confirmations, deposit and payment reminders, schedule changes and pre-arrival information for your reservation.
  • Our fishing guides: trip assignments and changes. Guides can reply YES or NO to confirm a trip.

HOW YOU OPT IN

  • Online: when you book at our website, you can check the box “Text me my confirmation and trip reminders.” The box is not required to book.
  • By phone, email or in person: when you give us your mobile number for your reservation and agree to receive reservation texts.
  • Guides: when you give us your mobile number to receive trip assignments.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies with your reservation or trip schedule, typically 1 to 10 messages per reservation.

COSTS
Message and data rates may apply.

OPTING OUT AND GETTING HELP

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm, and send no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 218-223-8411 or [email protected].
