INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you make or ask about a reservation (online, by phone, by email or in person), we collect:

  • Your name, mailing address, email address and phone number (including a mobile number, if you give us one).
  • The details of your stay: dates, party size, lodging, guided fishing, meals and requests.
  • Payment information needed to take deposits and payments. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

If you work with us as a fishing guide, we collect your name and mobile number so we can schedule trips with you.

HOW WE USE IT
We use this information only to run your reservation and our lodge, including:

  • Confirming bookings.
  • Taking deposits and payments.
  • Sending reminders and pre-arrival information.
  • Scheduling guides, meals and transportation.
  • Answering your questions.

We may also email you lodge news and specials if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your reservation. Guides receive texts about their trip assignments.
