Oak Island employment is a great experience to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Sportsman’s Oak Island Lodge is a fishing resort at the Northwest Angle of Minnesota and 40 miles north of Baudette, MN on Lake of the Woods. We accommodate up to 70 lodging guests and have a bar/restaurant that many locals like to enjoy. The island has 4 resorts and many seasonal cabins. Our scenery and fishing are incredible. Join us for the summer season or beyond.

We have two seasons. Our winter season starts mid-December and runs through late March. We are closed on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. Our summer season starts in early May and runs through mid/late October.

Housing:

Start in May
Varying days of the week and shifts between the hours of 6 am-10 pm. At least 1-year of experience is required. Prepare menu items, staff meals, guest box, and shore lunches, prep food, restock, assist in planning specials, wash dishes, and keep the work area clean. Must have Serve Safe Training or be willing to complete it. Must be 18 years or older.
