38 miles from the Main Lodge is the secluded Oak Island Lodge. It's on the same island as our Eagle Ridge Lodge. It's not uncommon to see bear, moose or a whitetail deer swimming when you're out fishing. If you like nature, you're going to love our Oak Island lodge.

    This undisturbed remote island is a place where nature thrives. It's filled with bald eagles, deer, bear and the fishing is undoubtedly world class. In this part of the Lake of the Woods, there is abundant population of Walleye, Sauger, Northerns, Muskies, Smallmouth Bass, Perch, and big Slab Crappies. Minnesota's Department of Natural Resources has determined this to be a World-Class Fishery.

     “From the Oak Island Lodge and Eagle Ridge Lodge, we fish more in Canadian waters and catch a greater variation of species than we do from the Main Lodge. We catch a lot of the big Muskies that can get over 60-inches.
